    • Hello everyone! I'm so happy that you're interested in a commission.

       

      All of my custom paintings are made to order. I've gathered information together to better equip you in understanding how the process works.

       

      The process itself begins with you filling out the form below. This makes it easier for me to understand what you're looking for. I can work from photos, ideas you may have & inspirations, or references to other pieces I've created. If there's a specific piece you like that I've painted, we can start with that and go from there. I can't wait to work with you! It'll be fun!!!

       

      Send your request now, so that you are put on the schedule for your new artwork. Analisa will be sure to contact you back to discuss your painting. Don't wait, as availability goes fast!!!

       

      All requests are kept in the order to which they are received.

    • IT's so simple...

      1. Fill out the form below, send a note to Analisa.
      2. We will discuss which size would best fit your space.  I can give you options. Dimensions are great to send along, and pictures of the area would work too.
      3. We start with a 50% deposit to reserve time on my schedule & materials. I do work with every type of budget; Payment plans are available. This can be paid via check, Venmo, or cash. I also accept PayPal and credit card with a small transaction fee.
      4. Minimum commission starts at $300.
      5. We go over the color palette for the painting. I am able to emulate the colors of a previous painting and/or I can pickup on colors throughout your home. 
      6. As the painting is near to being finished, I will send you status photos to make sure the colors match your home and things are on the up and up. I can adjust them if needed.
      7. The remaining balance (50%) would be due at this time.
      8. Your painting is ready for its new home! We can schedule a pickup if you're local, drop off (for a small fee), or I can ship it to you (free shipping within the USA).

    Hello and thank you for visiting Analisa Chase Fine Art.
    
    Analisa Chase Fine Art is located in the USA and operates in Bluffton, SC.
    
    Please read the Analisa Chase Fine Art terms and conditions carefully, as you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions once you have purchased an item.
    
    PAYMENTS
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, GooglePay, and ApplePay.  For commissions: PayPal, Square, and Check (Personal or Cashier - United States ONLY). A 50% down payment is required to secure time and materials unless otherwise negotiated; this is not refundable.  If a commission falls through, a credit will be issued to the client.
    
    PRICING
    All pricing is in US Dollars (USD). Analisa Chase Fine Art reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
    
    COPYRIGHT
    All artwork is subject to copyright and remains the intellectual and creative property of Analisa Chase Fine Art. It may not be distributed or copied (for personal or corporate use) without written permission by the artist.
     
    SHIPPING POLICY
    There is free shipping to all clients within the United States. Insurance is included on all artwork. However, if you are in the local vicinity, you can coordinate a scheduled pickup. Shipping timeframe usually takes 5-10 business days. I ship via UPS or USPS depending on size of the artwork and cost. Alaska and Hawaii have additional charges that may apply. International shipping customers must contact me directly with details.  Item(s) will take longer than the standard 5-10 days and is dependent on location, customs, and extra charges that may apply.  Please note that all paintings over 30″x40″ will be un-stretched and shipped rolled in a tube unless otherwise negotiated. The re-stretching process is fairly easy and much less expensive than absorbing the additional shipping costs for a large-scale piece. You can go to a local art shop or framer and they will do the job for a small fee.
    
    RETURN POLICY
    All sales are final.  There are no returns or exchanges.  Unfortunately I cannot accept a return based on change of mind. We carefully package all artwork so they are protected from weather and damage once shipped. In the unlikely event that damage should occur during shipping, I will be happy to work with you and the shipping company to ensure a happy and positive resolution. Should your package arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage to (analisachasefineart@gmail.com) as soon as possible so that we can take care of the matter. We ask that you DO NOT remove the art piece from the original packaging until instructed to do so by Analisa Chase Fine Art.

    PRIVACY
    Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Analisa Chase Fine Art.
    
    SECURITY
    Analisa Chase Fine Art does not collect or keep any of your credit card information. Your credit card details are processed through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services.
